Site requirements

Winter property access guidelines

Heavy utility trailers and crew trucks require a plowed driveway width of at least ten feet with adequate turnaround space. Driveways with steep grades must be salted or sanded before our arrival to ensure safe backing and loading on packed snow.

Clear walkways from the loading door to the trailer must be shoveled to a minimum width of three feet for heavy hand-trucks and dollies. Low-hanging tree limbs weighted down by snow or ice must clear eleven feet along the driveway approach.
